iGaming Operators is a B2B software and data intelligence product used to research licensed iGaming operators, jurisdictions, company profiles, and evidence-backed market signals. Access may be limited by plan, role, subscription status, or usage limits.

iGaming Operators is a B2B market intelligence software platform. We do not operate gambling services, accept bets, process player funds, provide gambling odds, or offer consumer gambling products.

Acceptable use

• Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with forms, or submit automated or abusive traffic.

Prohibited activities

This includes but is not limited to using headless browsers, API automation tools, or scripts to systematically retrieve operator profiles, contact information, license data, or deal signals.
• Data resale and redistribution: You may not sell, license, sublicense, share, or redistribute any data obtained from the platform to third parties, whether in raw or processed form. This includes creating derivative datasets, publishing data extracts, or feeding data into competing products or services.
• Bulk export and mass download: You may not attempt to download, export, or copy the entire database or substantial portions thereof. Rate limits and access controls are enforced technically, and any attempt to circumvent them is a violation of these terms.
• Account sharing: Each account is for a single authorized user. Sharing login credentials, API tokens, or session tokens with unauthorized individuals is prohibited.
• Reverse engineering: You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code, algorithms, or data models used by the platform.

We actively monitor usage patterns and enforce these restrictions through technical and legal means. Violations will be reported to relevant authorities where applicable.

Pre-launch and no guarantee

The website and product are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Features, operator counts, roadmap items, pricing, and availability may change. A subscription does not guarantee business outcomes or a specific commercial result.

Limitation of liability
